越南降低熟料進(jìn)口關(guān)稅
由于國(guó)內(nèi)的水泥產(chǎn)能較低，越南今年大約要進(jìn)口六百萬(wàn)噸水泥，越南水泥協(xié)會(huì)有關(guān)人士說(shuō)2004年越南大約進(jìn)口三百萬(wàn)噸熟料，其中主要是從泰國(guó)進(jìn)口。 據(jù)中國(guó)水泥網(wǎng)了解，越南2010年的水泥需求大約是4680萬(wàn)噸，到2015年可能增加到6250萬(wàn)噸，2020年約6900萬(wàn)噸。為了增加國(guó)內(nèi)水泥產(chǎn)量減少進(jìn)口，越南加大投資改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有水泥廠，同時(shí)在南部中部及北部地區(qū)新建水泥廠。
2004年越南水泥產(chǎn)量超過(guò)2500萬(wàn)噸，比2003年增加了8.8%。

Vietnam lowers import tariffs on clinker
Vietnam has just slashed the tariff on clinker imported from non-ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries to 10 percent from 25 percent.
The reduction aims to help local cement makers lower their products' selling prices, as one ton of clinker, material for cement production, is now priced 27-28 US dollars。
Vietnam is predicted to import around six million tons of cement this year, mainly due to low production capacity of local cement companies, the Vietnam National Cement Corporation said, noting that it imported nearly three million tons of clinker, mainly from Thailand in 2004.
The country's cement demand is estimated at 46.8 million tons in 2010, some 62.5 million tons in 2015 and around 69 million tonsin 2020. To increase domestic cement production and reduce imports,it will focus its investment on upgrading existing plants, and building new ones in southern, central and northern mountainous regions in the 2005-2008 period.
Vietnam produced over 25 million tons of cement in 2004, a year-on-year rise of 8.8 percent.
