為了鞏固國(guó)內(nèi)水泥市場(chǎng)，越南國(guó)有水泥公司將生產(chǎn)出八百多萬(wàn)噸的熟料。公司新建的兩家水泥廠將使今年越南的熟料進(jìn)口維持去年450萬(wàn)噸熟料進(jìn)口的水平。

　　越南建筑部門警告說由于一些材料價(jià)格上漲，水泥價(jià)格將上升，根據(jù)該部門的報(bào)告，越南水泥熟料和石膏價(jià)格將上漲15%左右，煤炭的價(jià)格將上漲17%左右。

　　有關(guān)人士說，為了穩(wěn)定國(guó)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)，越南國(guó)有水泥公司今年的利潤(rùn)將會(huì)有所減少，但該公司卻說他們的目標(biāo)是2200億越南盾（140萬(wàn)美金）。

Vietnam Cement Industry Expected To Solidify

The construction of four new cement plants will increase nationwide cement production to be able to meet up to a 29 million tonne demand by local builders and tradesmen. 

Deputy construction minister Tong Van Nga said the Ministry of Construction estimates demand for cement will increase by 8 to 12 per cent this year.

The Viet Nam National Cement Corporation (VNCC) has been assigned the task of stabilising the domestic cement market, and aims to achieve this goal by churning out more than 8 million tonnes of clinker, and between 12 to 12.2 million tonnes of cement. 

The corporation's general director Nguyen Van Hanh said the VNCC will definitely meet the proposed target due to the recent opening of a clinker factory in Tam Diep, in the northern province of Ninh Binh and the proposed opening of another clinker factory in Hai Phong late this year. These two factories will cut down the need for imported clinkers and allow the country to maintain last year's level of 4.5 million tonne clinker import for cement production. 

However, the Ministry of Construction has warned of a price hike in the cost of materials associated with cement production. According to a ministry report there will be a 15 per cent rise in the price of clinker and plaster, and a 17 per cent rise in coal prices. 

Nga warned the VNCC might have to reduce profits to stabilise the market this year as the construction sector will need about 1.2 million tonnes of coal dust, 310,000 tonnes of plaster and 357,000 tonnes of additives for its production. 

The cement industry is also worried about investment capital for new cement plants. VNCC's Hanh said the sector's investment demands are high this year while its new cement producer, Tam Diep, is forecast to make big losses as it has just been put into operation. 

However, the VNCC said it aims to make a profit of more than VND220 billion (US$14 million) despite loan payments for the construction of its existing cement plants.
